Job Requirements
Supervisory Responsibilities: NO
Minimum Education: High School Diploma required.
License/Certification Required: State of Tennessee (Private Protective Services) Unarmed Security License within six months of hire. Valid Tennessee Driver's License.
Minimum Work Experience: Previous dispatch experience preferred
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
- Ability to problem-solve and/or utilize resources available for troubleshooting in different situations
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances
Duties and Responsibilities
- Consider the quality of the work tasks required and how the quality of performance impacts the program, function or care this position must demonstrate.
- Consider what the employee's required, position-specific performance and behavior should be and how they should demonstrate it. Indicate what performance standards need to be established as expectations consistent with departmental and organization-wide Service Excellence expectations.
