Command Center Operator
Monitors camera system during park operation to assist Security in identifying issues in the park and supporting staff during incidents. Dispatches Security staff to reported calls by Operations Dispatch and phone reports. Due to the exposure of confidential information and resources, this position is not eligible for department transfer except in cases of promotional opportunities.
Specific duties and responsibilities:
- Conduct monitoring operations using the camera system.
- Conduct video review for reported incidents.
- Work closely with Operations Dispatch to dispatch appropriate units.
- Point of contact for various alarm monitoring systems and phone line reports.
- Must maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Law enforcement training or criminal justice classes preferred.
- CCTV experience preferred.
- Dispatching experience preferred.
- Minimum of one year previous security experience is preferred.
- Obtaining a Denver City and County Security Guard License is recommended. (Fees Applicable)
- Possess good oral and written English skills and be able to communicate with guests and other employees effectively.
- Available to work overtime.
- Available to work weekends and holidays.
- Available to work nights and overnights.
- Attention to detail.
- All job offers contingent on passing a criminal, drug, alcohol, and social security background check. (Pre-employment drug test required.)

- Requires continuous kneeling and bending.
- Requires continuous reaching above shoulder, pushing and pulling.
- Requires occasional lifts and carries up to 30 pounds.
- Requires occasional carrying of up to 100 pounds with the assistance of a hand truck.
- Requires manual and bi-manual dexterity, fine and gross motor skills, eye/hand coordination, near vision, hearing and speech.
