Responsibilities
- Assist with campaign scheduling and event memo creation;
- Preparing materials and advancing in-person events;
- Help with procurement and maintaining strong vendor relationships;
- Build durable systems that withstand the stress of campaign
- Support the Operations Director in addressing needs from staff in a timely manner;
Qualifications
- Entry level opening, however campaign volunteer experience is nice to have;
- Strong operational judgment, situational awareness, and a willingness to learn new skills;
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through;
- Comfort with fast-paced environments and the ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously with the flexibility to attend events on evenings and weekends as needed;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the campaign in high-trust, public-facing, and culturally sensitive spaces;
- Commitment to the campaign's mission and to advancing equity, access, and representation for all Alaskans;
- Access to a vehicle, as well as a valid driver's license.
