Private security company seeks intelligence analyst. The candidate will be responsible for open-source information collection, conducting analysis of the information gathered, and developing intelligence products based on that information and analysis. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for effectively communicating with internal staff and external stakeholders and serving as a subject matter expert on intelligence related issues that could impact the safety and security of our clients.Responsibilities and DutiesBecome familiar and proficient with various software programs utilized in our daily operationsRegularly monitor open-source platforms for threat indicators and actionable intelligenceLiaise with law enforcement when necessaryAssess and analyze a variety of situations to make logical conclusions that will have a positive impact on our organization and clientsWrite intelligence reports that will be read by internal and external stakeholdersMaintain daily situational awareness of world events, both CONUS and OCONUSBecome a subject matter expert within your area of responsibilityQualifications and CompetenciesTwo years of experience in an intelligence role, a four-year degree, or a combination of experience and education.Experience writing reports in a concise and logical manner that can be understood by a variety of clientele, from front-line staff to executive leadership.Experience accessing sources, searching the Internet, using public and commercial databases, and assessing validity and value of discovered information.Experience exploiting available technologies to exchange, collaborate, and publish content.Experience analyzing military, homeland security, law enforcement, and other non-law enforcement data and trends, such as crime analysis, geospatial analysis, association links, and adversarial capabilities including tactics, techniques, and procedures.Experience using structured analytical techniques.Knowledge and/or experience in conducting threat and risk assessments.Ability to transform customer needs into intelligence requirements.Skilled at critical and analytical thinking.Proficient in Microsoft software, including Word, Power Point, and Excel.Must be skilled at managing projects, time, and competing priorities.A team player with a positive attitude who works well under pressure.#J-18808-Ljbffr
