Full Time Dispatcher
Full Time Dispatcher in our Cheyenne location. Starting pay is $75,000 per year. Full benefits and PTO. Partial remote work is possible.

As a Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating our operations and ensuring the seamless flow of resources.
Responsibilities:
- Handles activities such as answering phone calls and customer inquiries for service.
- Performs daily routing of trucks for load pick-ups and deliveries.
- Works to optimize the utilization of company assets in a safe, efficient and cost-effective manner.
- Maintains and administers driver log corrections in a timely manner.
- Maintains records and keeps track of all annual truck and trailer inspections. Ensures all inspections are completed on time and inspection paperwork is distributed to the trucks, manager, and fuel terminals.
- Communicates driver authorizations to the fuel terminals.
- Assists with driver safety correspondence.
- Performs basic office duties such as faxing, filing, data entry and scanning of paperwork on a timely manner.
- Maintains an office presence to support to assist customers, staff, and management during scheduled shifts.
- Additional duties as needed from the department manager.

Qualifications for this position include:
- High school diploma or GED
- Attention to detail and time management

- Organizational skills and being able to effectively communicate over the phone
