Part-Time Firefighter The Fox Crossing Fire Department is creating an eligibility list for the position of Part-Time Firefighter. Those hired will assist in providing coverage between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and around the clock on the weekends from Friday evening through Monday morning (12-hour shifts). Applicants filling these positions will need to work a minimum of four (4) shifts per month.The position requires skills and abilities in Fire and EMS emergency response, fire inspections, apparatus driving and operation (if certified), public education, and customer service.
