Marching Technician for Guard The Color Guard Technician will assist in the instruction and development of the Jay Band Color Guard program. This individual will work closely with the Color Guard Director and band staff to provide training in movement, equipment technique, and performance skills. The ideal candidate will be passionate about mentoring students, fostering a positive team culture, and helping elevate the overall visual program.
