Opsnco Leadership Training Specialist The OPSNCO Leadership Training Specialist will design, develop, and deliver hands-on training and assist with eLearning curriculum for adult learners.Responsibilities Develop courseware, deliver training, set up and maintain a training environment, and use student satisfaction surveys for course evaluationWrite training manuals (instructor and participant guides) and user manualsDesign and produce training tools, such as printable job aids, practice exercises, assessments and quick reference guidesDeliver train-the-trainer and instructor-led trainingServe as the primary customer representative for development and delivery of customized training solutions and documentationEncourage classroom participation and facilitate change management for target audienceEvaluate and adapt to variances in learning styles within an audienceUnderstand travel logistics and videographer requirements to support the executive office.Strong written and verbal communication skillsWork in fast-paced, dynamic environment with varying prioritiesWork with a cross-functional team (subject matter experts and management)Produce professional deliverables using Microsoft Office suiteQualifications Must have TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain Presidential Support Duty (PSD) clearanceBachelor's Degree or higher + 2 years of experience; or 5+ years of military/business training experienceShow training and experience as Operations Non-Commissioned Officer (OpsNCO) or equivalent Deployed Logistics ManagerStrong interpersonal and professional skillsPrevious prior travel as OPSNCO or similar travel roleDesired Familiarity with standard instructional systems development models, such as ADDIEFamiliarity with learning content and delivery solutions, such as Blackboard and WEBEX
