As a Security Officer, you'll help create a secure and welcoming environment where residents, visitors and team members feel safe and supported. From patrolling our beautiful campus to responding calmly and professionally to situations as they arise, your role is key to helping ensure daily life flows smoothly and confidently.

What You'll Do:
  • Provide a courteous and visible presence while ensuring the safety of our campus
  • Patrol building interiors and exterior grounds, proactively identifying and addressing concerns
  • Respond to incidents professionally and with sound judgment
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of all activity and follow standard protocols
  • Monitor and uphold all access, visitor and sign-in procedures
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with residents, staff and guests
  • Assist with emergencies or evacuations and report issues to appropriate leadership
  • Support the overall well-being of our community through strong situational awareness
What You'll Bring:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Valid and clear driver's license
  • Successful completion of pre-screening hiring requirements
  • Previous security, safety or customer-facing experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, professionalism and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • A service-oriented mindset and commitment to supporting a safe, respectful environment
