We're hiring a Test Operator to perform testing on electronic circuit board assemblies using automated equipment while ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety standards are met.
Schedule: Thursday-Saturday and every other Wednesday 5:00 AM-4:30 PM

- Identify and report recurring test failures
- Label, stamp, and scan products accurately
- Maintain production flow and meet daily goals
- Complete process documentation and quality checks
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Follow all safety and company procedures
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 6 months to 1 year of manufacturing, production, or electronics experience preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized work instructions
