Command Center Operator
Reports to: Site Manager
Description:
The Command Center Operator is responsible for overseeing security systems, managing security cameras, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations to protect people, property, and assets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitoring Security Cameras: Ensure that all security procedures are followed, including access controls, surveillance, and emergency response.
- Incident Management: Document and report security incidents promptly and maintain records of incidents and security logs (DAR) for analysis and reporting.
- Collaboration with Law Enforcement: Act as a point of contact with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies to support security operations and business interests.
- Emergency Response Coordination: Coordinate response efforts during emergencies, ensuring that all security personnel are trained on evacuation procedures and emergency protocols.
- Establishes proactive and collaborative relationships with site manager to strengthen security response times.
- Maintains all post documentation.

- General computer knowledge and able to adapt to software
