Shift Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri, & Sat (Sun & Wed off) 10:30am-7:30pmEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage and closely monitor 10 to 20 owner operators in a high‑paced LTL environmentEnsure compliance with California DOT transportation regulations and all national and state DOT lawsMaintain a 99.5% on‑time performance rateDistribute work equally among all driversUnderstand and enforce all customer pick‑up and delivery proceduresRemind drivers daily to drive safely and remain aware of their surroundingsRemind drivers periodically of pick‑up and delivery proceduresReact to emergency or urgent situations and follow company protocolSupervisory ResponsibilitiesThis position includes supervisory responsibilities over drivers.CompetenciesCustomer Service: Respond to service requests and meet commitmentsWritten Communication: Present numerical data effectively; read and interpret written informationEthics: Work with integrity, upholding organizational valuesDependability: Follow instructions and respond to management directionOral Communication: Listen, clarify, and respond well to questionsProfessionalism: Treat others with respect regardless of status or positionQualificationsHigh school diploma plus at least two years of industry experience, or four years of customer service or operations experienceAbility to read, comprehend, and write simple correspondenceAbility to calculate basic mathematical figures and apply algebra and geometry conceptsCommon‑sense reasoning to follow written, oral, or diagram instructionsKnowledge of Transportation Management SystemsPhysical DemandsRegular sitting; frequent use of hands to finger, handle, or feel; reaching with hands and arms; talking or hearing.Work EnvironmentQuiet office environment.Pay Range$20.00‑$23.50 per hour.
