Overview Job Description The Project Administrator provides administrative and project support to the ITG Construction team. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate project documentation, financial alignment, and timely communication across internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment.Responsibilities Provide administrative and project coordination support across construction projectsSupport project documentation, tracking, and reporting to ensure accuracy and completenessAssist in monitoring project progress and maintaining up-to-date project recordsCollaborate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to support project execution and communicationSupport financial reconciliation processes to ensure alignment with project dataIdentify and escalate discrepancies or issues to appropriate stakeholdersMaintain and update systems, tools, and documentation used to manage construction projectsContribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and operational effectivenessPerform additional duties and support special projects as assignedEducation High school diploma or equivalent requiredExperience 1–3 years of administrative or project support experience preferred1–3 years of experience in cable or telecommunications construction preferredSkills & Competencies Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and mapsHigh attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environmentSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamStrong collaboration skills with cross-functional partnersAdditional Comments ITG is an equal employment opportunity employer.
