You'll protect our team and our property - all while securing valuable law experience and rewarding benefits.Pay Starting at $16.00/HourResponsibilities Interact with guests providing directions and assistanceProtect employees, guests, and company propertyControl park access, checking vehicle permits and scanning ID badges for team members, vendors, and contractorsKeep unauthorized personnel out of restricted areasGreet and screen entering through metal detection and check their bags for prohibited itemsMonitor all areas for safety hazards, including fire, theft, and vandalismWrite detailed reports of damage, incident logs, and security recordsApprehend violators, including on-foot pursuits when necessaryEscort guests and team members as needed for assistance and protectionEnforce all Six Flags New England policiesAssist in other areas of the Security DepartmentPerforming other incidental and related duties as required and assignedAbility to work in an environment as fast-paced as our coastersProfessional demeanor and ability to interact in a positive mannerStrong attention to detailCautious and reliable natureAbility to remain calm in emergency situationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsCommitment to a safe environmentMust be 16 years or olderAble to lift, carry, and balance heavy loads; physical qualifications to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and reach throughout your shiftWilling to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidaysAble to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English languageAble to meet the physical demands of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations, including walking long distances, standing for long periods of time, lifting, working at heights, etc.#J-18808-Ljbffr
