Military Intelligence Training Support Specialist We are seeking an experienced military intelligence professional to support collective training exercises in a dynamic operational environment. This individual will serve as a key liaison to senior operational leadership and provide direct support to the Foundry Site Director in preparing and executing home-station training events. This role supports large-scale Army and joint warfighter exercises involving intelligence teams across brigade combat teams, functional and multifunctional brigades, sustainment organizations, expeditionary elements, and Army special operations units. Training events may support embedded or standalone exercise requirements and will incorporate realistic operational scenarios, hybrid threat frameworks, and partner-force integration to achieve mission training objectives. Key Responsibilities Serve as a liaison and advisor supporting operational leadership during collective training exercises
Assist in building and maintaining realistic operational environments for home-station training events
Support intelligence-focused training for Army, Joint, and combined warfighter exercises
Contribute to scenario development aligned with Decisive Action concepts and hybrid threat conditions
Help integrate Unified Action Partner capabilities into exercise design and execution
Support exercise planning elements including training enablers, simulation tools, and event development Required Background Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of Army military intelligence experience as an enlisted Soldier, warrant officer, officer, or combination thereof, or a Master's degree with 4+ years of relevant Army military intelligence experience
Prior intelligence experience supporting at least two Combat Training Center rotational assignments
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Familiarity with the Decisive Action Training Environment (DATE), TADSS, MSEL development, and Synthetic Training Environment initiatives
Observer/Controller/Trainer (OC/T) experience preferred/required depending on final need
