This position provides day-to-day support for Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information, and Special Access Program activities.Key ResponsibilitiesClassified Material and Document ControlConduct classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence.Assist in maintaining a document accountability database and associated correspondence.Process inbound and outbound classified mail and receipt records.Perform destruction of classified materials.Process magnetic media for accountability.Provide reproduction support for classified materials.Maintain various daily logs for administrative functions associated with document control.Data Transfer and Administrative SupportAssist in processing inbound data and outbound data transfer files.Transfer electronic data files to internal customers.Maintain an extensive customer database point-of-contact listing.Perform miscellaneous administrative support functions as directed by the contractor site lead and/or Senior Security Representative.Visit, Access, and Personnel Security SupportAssist with researching, processing, filing, and maintaining inbound and outbound visit notices.Escort facility visitors and maintain associated logs.Assist in preparing facility access control badges.Conduct entry and exit inspections.Assist in maintaining facility access control entry systems, including visitor control.Perform data entry to the Personnel Access Security System database and maintain all customer-sponsored billets and quota information.Assist in maintaining personnel security files for all personnel of the supported element.Security Procedures and AwarenessFollow and enforce the customer's Standard Operating Procedures.Provide support for security awareness and education programs.QualificationsEducationBachelor's degree counts as 4 years of experience.Associate degree in a related area counts as 2 years of experience.Experience3–5 years of related experience.SAP experience.CertificationsSecurity Fundamentals Professional Certification counts toward 1 year of experience.Special Program Security Certification counts toward 1 year of experience.Maximum equivalent experience for SPED certifications is no more than 3 years.One year of experience may be counted for each separate SPED certification, not to exceed 3 years.#J-18808-Ljbffr
