Business Operations Associate WASH is seeking a detail-oriented Business Operations Associate to assist our sales and field operations teams with accurate work order processing and fulfillment.Responsibilities Manage a high-volume of daily work order requestsGenerate accurate and timely equipment work ordersValidate, process, and close completed work orders by transferring data from hardcopy files into WASH digital systemsCoordinate status updates and follow-up notifications to ensure all work order activities are closed timely and accuratelyManage equipment inventory corrections and exception/error reportingMaintain current and accurate customer account informationProvide insightful and collaborative support to Sales and Field Operations colleaguesPull, interpret, and transform data to report performance resultsParticipate in cross-functional initiatives to improve core business processes and drive productivityDemonstrate a high-quality customer service approach to internal customer baseMaintain an energetic, supportive, and professional demeanor in all settingsQualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other relevant field of study, or equivalent applicable experienceMinimum of 1‑2 years' experience in a corporate environmentIntermediate or Advanced level skills with MS Office Suite – Excel, Word, PowerPoint (Visio and/or Project is a plus)Experience with MS Dynamics Great Plains or similar ERP system is a plusStrong organizational and professional communication skills to manage the timely execution of multiple tasksStrong sense of accountability and dedication to delivering outstanding resultsAnalytical mindset and familiarity using data to understand, interpret, and communicate resultsPromote a culture of customer service excellenceAbility to thrive and adapt in a high‑transaction, high‑performance, evolving company cultureEstimated Salary: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour based on qualifications and experience.Equal Opportunity Employer We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or status as a veteran, or because of any other federal, state, or local protected class.
