Key ResponsibilitiesManage a pipeline of Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, and Loss Mitigation documents for execution purposesComplete quality review forms in conjunction with daily actionsDocument system of record with tracking information and log codesReview, execute, and notarize foreclosure, bankruptcy, loss mitigation, and default compliance documentsEnsure documents are accurately prepared in accordance with state guidelines and internal policies/proceduresDocument corrections in tracking system and follow up for completionOrder documents and/or supporting documentation as needed to support execution of documentsManage document execution/preparation issues from time of notification to resolutionManage the notary workstation and reconcile data recorded in notary systemUpload records to imaging systemCommunicate with attorney firms, staff, management, and internal default areasProvide administrative supportAssist with internal auditsAll other duties as assignedQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum + Years Mortgage Servicing Experience PreferredMinimum + Years Foreclosure or default Experience PreferredGSE and Government Experience PreferredLPS Desktop Experience PreferredKnowledge of basic computer software programs to include Windows, Microsoft Word and Excel, Internet and Microsoft Outlook.Proficient knowledge of customer service principles and practicesNotary is preferred or ability to obtainProficient mortgage product knowledgeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyExcellent problem-solving and problem analysis skillsLocationOnsite daily in Englewood, COCompensation$-kBenefitsCompetitive salary, a full benefits package, and the potential for a performance-based bonus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
