Dynamis is seeking an Intelligence Analyst (journeyman) to provide comprehensive support to the SEVP School Certification Unit, with a primary focus on strengthening the tracking of foreign students and exchange visitors within the United States and mitigating fraud vulnerabilities. These efforts encompass technical, analytical and adjudication support across key SEVP operational processesThe Analyst's role is to provide support to adjudication and compliance services across a dynamic workspace and an understanding on how to work effectively in an energetic working environment to ensure that various tasks are met in an effective and timely manner.Responsibilities: Support federal customers with data analysis, trend analysis, red flag analysis, statistical analysis, performance (monthly, quarterly, annually) analysis, ad hoc and recurring studies, and/or stakeholder data requestsProvide federal customers with information required for school and student investigationsInvestigate and analyze schools to verify legitimacy or assess potential risk of fraudulent activitiesOrganize and prioritize tasks, track profiles, and determine the viability of leads for investigation across the USRefer or make recommendations for further investigationUtilize various Federal systems of records and locally developed databases to document, track, and monitor the statuses of tasks and casesRequirements: U.S. Citizenship5+ years of experience with conducting in-depth research, analysis, writing and reportingExperience with writing detailed multi paragraph narrative, informational, or investigative reportsBaccalaureate Degree is requiredProficient in the following Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.Ability to read and interpret policy, regulations, and directives.Experience with drawing conclusions, formulating detailed “finding reports” including executive level summaries, conclusions, and recommendationsExperience with researching federal regulations, conducting in depth analysis, developing and interpreting information to assist stakeholders in decision making, policy formulation, and a variety of other managerial functionsExperience with leveraging a variety of databases to research, compile, generate and analyze findings.Competency in using Student Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS) (Preferred)#J-18808-Ljbffr
