In this role, you will be responsible for programmatic development, quality control, and mentorship of Intelligence Analysts and GSOC Operators. You will also ensure that intelligence products are actionable, accurate, and aligned with client needs, while maintaining situational awareness across operational areas.ResponsibilitiesResearch, develop, and present intelligence products at the operational level for senior leaders, commanders, and staff.Perform all‑source intelligence analysis and production, interfacing with Combatant Command and Intelligence Community counterparts to ensure maximum collaboration and situational awareness for Special Operations Forces (SOF) unique operational and tactical level intelligence requirements.Possess knowledge at the tactical and operational levels and be capable of performing all‑source intelligence analytic support to Counter‑terrorism/Violent Extremist Organizations (CT/VEO), Integrated Deterrence, Tactical Combat Operations (TCO), Security Impact Analysis (SIA), Counter Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD), and crisis response operations and missions.Demonstrate a high level of proficiency with analytic techniques, current analytic tools, and the production of high‑quality technical/non‑technical intelligence products, including briefings.May be required to serve as the USSOCOM representative during non‑duty hours and support 24/7 rotational shift hours.Maintain global readiness and be available to deploy on a no‑notice basis to hazardous duty/combat zones.Enforce requirements, focusing the team of intelligence analysts.Ensure quality control of products.Provide strong organizational skills and administrative oversight.Direct the analytical team in identifying trends and information of value within data‑at‑rest to drive reporting and production that alert decision‑makers of new developments to meet specific customer requirements.Interface with other intelligence organizations to fully prepare teams for exploitation of enemy personnel, post‑screening analytical products, and assessments supporting targeting efforts and threat analysis.Produce intelligence assessments and products in support of deployed SOF Task Forces to enable the F3EAD targeting cycle.QualificationsMinimum of six (6) years of experience as an all‑source intelligence analyst within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies, with at least four (4) years at the operational level.Proficiency, knowledge, understanding, and experience with current all‑source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends.Expert proficiency and knowledge of the current suite of all‑source intelligence tools.Experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Lieutenant Colonel (O‑5) / GS‑14 level or higher.Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.BenefitsHealth, Dental, and VisionLife Insurance401(k)Flexible Spending Account (Health, Dependent Care, and Commuter)Paid Time Off and Observance of State/Federal HolidaysEqual Opportunity EmployerContact Government Services, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
