The successful candidate will serve as a central point of contact for both internal and external communication regarding our trucking operation.Job Responsibilities Answering and responding to inbound calls from company driversHandling inbound and outbound customer phone calls as neededManage and coordinate resources, ensuring efficient and effective responsesReceiving and relaying information to field personnelDaily monitoring of all company trucking routes in multiple terminalsUpdating information systems to accurately reflect dispatched tasksCoordinating with operations team to perform emergency roll-off and trailer servicesCoordinating inbound load schedule with Long Haul TeamGathering documentation of completed services and seeing-through to final billingInterfacing with terminal managers & office staff on day-to-day issues.Scheduling & coordinating deliveries and shipments of various customer suppliesManage records of material inventory at customer sites and internal warehousingRequired Qualifications Experience and proficiency in standard logistics software.Prior experience in a trucking dispatch role preferredEmphasis on customer service.Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to communicate effectively with customers & employees#J-18808-Ljbffr
