SENIOR CPSOMatrix Research, Inc. is currently seeking a full time, onsite Senior CPSO for our growing business in the Beavercreek, Ohio area.HOW WILL THIS POSITION CONTRIBUTE?Mission: Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with Matrix security staff, engineers, and government customers. Managing and enforcing DoD security programs and requirements for various program types and levels of classification.How: By using industry best practices and being part of a team that supports Matrix's Security needs. Further, by being a self-starter who brings strong verbal and written communication skills who works well under pressure by prioritizing tasks and managing tight deadlines.WHAT SKILLS ARE NEEDED?Required:Provide day-to-day security management, oversight and implementation for a Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Facility as a Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) along with experience as a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) in accordance with DoDM 5105.21 volumes 1-3.Experience in all security disciplines with the ability to integrate requirements into a successful security program - Physical, Technical, Personnel, Cyber, and/or Operational.Working knowledge of NISPOM 32 CFR Part 117 and Intelligence Community Directives.Working knowledge of Security databases including DISS, NISS, e-QUIP, SWFT.Knowledge of Closed Area Standards and ICD 705Generate and implement security plans for secure areas (SOP, OPSEC, etc)Knowledge in construction of, obtaining accreditation of, and management of SCIFs/SAPFs and their requirements (including TEMPEST) for various government agencies.Develop and administer security education training for SCI.Review and track DD254s and generate subcontractor DD254s as needed.Initiate and manage personnel clearance lifecycleResponsible for the successful preparation and completion of security inspections/audits by government customers.Ensure physical security of classified areas including semi-annual maintenance of alarm system(s) that meet UL2050 certification.WHAT QUALIFICATIONS ARE NEEDED?Top Secret SCI (eligibility) clearance in place with an investigation date in the last 5 years.5+ years of related Senior work experience as a CSSO and CPSO with DoD, IC and other USG agenciesPosition is onsiteBENEFITSWe support our employees with industry-leading benefits: As an employee-owned company, we embrace quality benefits, including a 20% no-match-required retirement plan, accrued 4 weeks of vacation annually, substantially-subsidized health and dental insurance, discretionary annual bonuses, and many more.We support our employees with work/life flexibility: We offer a hybrid remote work environment for most positions and hourly pay for all positions - ensuring individuals are fairly compensated for hours worked while supporting a flexible work commitment.Matrix Research is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
