Job Title

Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our WFM Practice.

Position Overview

Our ADP client has been on WFM with Enterprise V6 & Celergo for some time and would like a WFM Subject Matter Expert to review their configuration and make recommendations for efficiencies. This is in preparation for a move to implement Advanced Scheduler and ADP's COS model upcoming.

Responsibilities

  • Work with client team to evaluate utilization and policy configuration in WFM
  • US database - 2100 employees
  • Mex/Can database - 1000 employees
  • Make best business practice recommendations for system efficiencies and streamlining of policy configurations
  • Evaluate "one off" policies and make recommendations around system standardization

Duration

Part-time, working remotely to complete project
