Security Officer Reception Clearance Required

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures and front desk protocols; Monitor lobby and entry activity, verify identification and/or visitor credentials, and help deter unauthorized access; Answer phones, assist with directions, manage visitor sign-in processes, and communicate with site contacts regarding arrivals, deliveries, and/or access questions; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns according to site procedures; Complete required logs, reports, and front desk records, and support emergency response activities when appropriate
