Position: Unarmed Security Officer
Location: Ironton, OH
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 10:00pm to 6:00am
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Must pass a criminal background check, fingerprinting, drug screening, and other required clearances
- Must complete medical marijuana training
- Must be willing and able to obtain an Ohio Guard Card
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required
- Valid driver's license may be required for some assignments
Responsibilities
- Patrol assigned property on foot or by vehicle, golf cart, or bicycle (as assigned)
- Monitor for safety and security concerns
- Respond to incidents and emergencies
- Write accurate incident reports
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a safe environment
- Follow all site policies, procedures, and post orders
- Complete all required training
- Previous security, military, law enforcement, customer service, or related experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Professional, reliable, and able to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
