Security Officer Access Control Support

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures, verifying credentials, and supporting authorized entry and exit activities at access points; Monitor lobby, entrance, and/or other controlled areas, document visitor activity, issue temporary badges or credentials, and report unusual conditions through appropriate channels; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and support emergency response activities in accordance with location protocols; Observe cameras, intercoms, and/or other access control systems to help identify unauthorized activity, and communicate security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols of designated interior and exterior areas as assigned, with working environments and conditions varying by location
