Security Officer Patrol Response Unit

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or urgent situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed; Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the location, including entrances, parking areas, hallways, and perimeter points, to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns; Monitor doors, restricted areas, and/or visitor movement in accordance with location policies, reporting unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel; Support healthcare location operations by assisting with directional guidance, de-escalation support when appropriate, and other security-related duties aligned with Allied Universal standards and site expectations
