DescriptionSpace Force Targeting Instructor – TS/SCILocation: Peterson Space Force Base, COClearance: Active TS/SCI requiredThe Leidos Defense Group is seeking an experienced Space Targeting Instructor to support a Military Intelligence Program enabling the United States Space Force ISR enterprise . You will join a mission‑driven team delivering advanced training, intelligence solutions, and operational support across land, sea, air, space, and cyberspace.Primary ResponsibilitiesProvide course development , updates, and primary instruction for Space Force targeting training programs.Serve as the schoolhouse Space Targeting SME , ensuring curriculum accuracy, relevancy, and alignment with evolving USSF ISR requirements.Train students on the fundamentals of collecting, analyzing, and applying targeting techniques and tradecraft using real‑world scenarios.Maintain strong collaboration with mission partners to ensure training reflects current operational needs.Basic QualificationsBA/BS (or equivalent experience) and 10+ years of experience relevant to the USSF ISR mission .4+ years of experience within the space targeting enterprise .Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage a diverse customer set.Ability to travel up to 10% to support operational requirements.Active TS/SCI clearance.Preferred QualificationsRecent Space Force ISR experience.Recent Space Force instructor experience.Commitment to Non-DiscriminationAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to sex, race, ethnicity, age, national origin, citizenship, religion, physical or mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, family structure, marital status, ancestry, domestic partner status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, veteran or military status, or any other basis prohibited by law.
