OverviewSummary Of The Job: Tech Center Part-time weekend Sat & Sun 8pm-8amThe Security Officer is responsible for protecting FNBO corporate properties through active patrolling, monitoring, and controlled access management. This includes recognizing and reporting suspicious activity, checking in visitors, and maintaining continuous communication with the Security Operations Center (SOC), Shift Supervisor, and FP Management. Security Officers ensure a secure, professional, and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, tenants, and vendors.About This RoleKey ResponsibilitiesProtection & PatrollingProvide physical security and protection to all employees, tenants, and visitors within FNBO corporate properties.Conduct regular patrols of internal areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential threats.Remain alert and responsive to any safety or security issues.Access Control & Visitor ManagementGreet and check in all visitors, contractors, and vendors entering corporate properties.Verify identification and issue visitor badges according to company procedures.Maintain accurate visitor logs and ensure compliance with access policies.Operate visitor management systems and monitor security checkpoints.Provide clear directions and assistance to guests while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.Monitoring & Systems OperationMaintain operational proficiency in:Pacom GMS & March Video Monitoring SystemsVisitor Access Control SystemsMicrosoft Office ApplicationsCoordinate with the Security Operations Center (SOC) on any incidents or alerts.Professional Conduct & CommunicationExhibit professionalism, strong ethics, and a customer service mindset.Communicate clearly and respectfully with employees, visitors, and other stakeholders.Work collaboratively with fellow security personnel to ensure a cohesive and responsive team.Follow directives from the Shift Supervisor to support business units and day-to-day operations.Basic QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to pass and maintain various physical and verbal certificationsPreferred QualificationsCollege Degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Leadership, or related fieldPrior experience in military, law enforcement, security, or correctionsCPR/First Aid CertificationWork EnvironmentCompensation and Benefits OverviewBenefitsWe offer a variety of benefits designed to keep you and your family physically and financially healthy.
