Security Officer Reception Access

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and/or emergency response support appropriate for a front desk location; Monitor visitor, vendor, and delivery activity at the front desk, verify credentials and/or documentation, and help to deter unauthorized access to the location; Answer phones, greet employees and guests, and communicate clearly with site contacts regarding arrivals, departures, incidents, and other security-related concerns; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying appropriate personnel and documenting relevant details; Maintain accurate logs, reports, and front desk records related to access, incidents, and other security-related activity in a logistics and distribution environment
