DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees.Full‑time position. 40+ hours per week potential (exact schedule varies).A comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, a 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matching contributions, paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance options.Career growth opportunities at GardaWorld.Uniform provided at no cost.Responsibilities for Response Security GuardRemain on your feet for extended periods, including standing and walking throughout the duration of assigned shifts.Monitor assigned premises and facilities to maintain a safe and secure environment.Conduct routine patrols and inspections to identify and report security risks, hazards, or suspicious activity.Manage access control by verifying credentials and authorizing entry to restricted areas.Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, and potential security threats.Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a strong security presence.Complete accurate and detailed reports documenting incidents, observations, and daily activities.Communicate and collaborate effectively with law enforcement, emergency responders, and site management when necessary.Safeguard client property, assets, employees, and visitors through proactive security measures.Adhere to all site‑specific policies, procedures, and security protocols.Qualifications for Response Security GuardHigh School Diploma or GEDAvailability for two shifts per week (1st shift / 2nd shift, 1st shift / 3rd shift, etc.)Availability to work weekends and weekdays, depending on Flex/SRO assignment.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
