MID LEVEL GEOSPATIAL INTELLIGENCE ANALYSTWork Location : either Joint Base Anacostia-Bowling, Reston, VA or Charlottesville, VAClearance Requirement : Active Top-Secret clearance with intent to receive SCI and willingness to take CI PolyINCATech is in search of a Mid Level Geospatial Intelligence Analyst matching the following:ResponsibilitiesExcellent communication skills, writing, and briefingExperience using industry-standard platforms (e.g., ArcGIS Pro, QGIS) for map creation, editing, and data managementExperience creating cartographic products with multi-INT dataKnowledge interacting with government customers and military personnelKnowledge of the DoD, IC, or Combatant Command environmentsProficiency in Python (ArcPy) for automating geospatial workflowsUnderstanding of military geography and how terrain impacts operational planning and movementExperience supporting strategic decision-making within the IC or in Combatant Command environmentsAbility to identify information gaps and develop requirements to answer priority intelligence requirementsExperience synthesizing Multi-INT data into products, including SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, and OSINTExperience with link analysis tools like Analyst NotebookQualificationsAt least 5 years of experience analyzing geospatial data to identify trends, patterns, and anomaliesAt least 5 years of experience with imagery exploitation and interpreting satellite imagery to support intelligence requirementsAt least 5 years of experience applying ICD-203 and 206 tradecraft standards to geospatial productsDemonstrated experience conducting spatial pattern analysis and generating high-quality geospatial visualizations for senior decision-makersProven track record of collaborating with multi-disciplinary intelligence teams to integrate GEOINT into broader analytical assessmentsExperience with DoD/IC remote sensing tools and techniques to extract intelligenceMaster's degree in Geographic Information Systems, Geography or Geospatial System OR 6 years of military experience in a related fieldAbout INCATech LLCINCATech is an award-winning small business that has over 14 years of experience supporting the US Government.
