Job DescriptionConduct all Right-of-Way (ROW) activities, including:Negotiations with Local Government Units (LGUs).Research on property ownership and site issues analysis.Manage the acquisition of permits required on-site based on project requirements.Gather and organize information on all affected agencies and their specific requirements.Attend site inspections as needed or required by affected agencies.Serve as the primary negotiator on-site, escalating issues to the ROW Coordinator or ROW Head as necessary.Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and maintenance teams to ensure proper trunk line location and design.Prepare and implement a one-week work plan based on project timelines and permit requirements of affected agencies.Provide daily accomplishment reports to ensure adherence to the one-week plan and overall project goals.Draft and review agreements, permits, and licenses required for ROW activities.Liaise with government agencies and address landowner complaints and claims effectively.Monitor ROW project progress, conduct regular status meetings, and provide timely weekly updates.Ensure negotiation and acquisition costs remain within the allocated project budget.#J-18808-Ljbffr
