You'll partner closely with Business Development, Product, Engineering, and strategic partners to ensure our solutions become embedded in real-world operations, helping shape both customer success and the future of our defense offerings.What You'll DoDeploy and operationalize Tomorrow.io's SaaS platform, APIs, and data services within U.S. defense organizations, mission environments, and military exercisesTravel 50%+ to customer sites, operational units, and experimentation events, serving as the primary technical resource during field engagementsDesign, implement, and troubleshoot API integrations with defense systems, including Palantir Foundry, Gotham, and other mission platformsPartner with the Defense Business Development team to support technical discovery, customer demonstrations, pilot programs, and strategic growth opportunitiesBuild trusted relationships with operators, technical stakeholders, and partner organizations to drive long-term adoption and expansionCapture field insights, customer feedback, and operational requirements to influence Tomorrow.io's product roadmap and future capabilitiesDevelop repeatable deployment processes, integration playbooks, and technical documentation that enable scalable customer implementationsCollaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and external partners to deliver seamless technical solutionsRepresent Tomorrow.io as a trusted technical advisor, ensuring customers realize measurable operational value from our platformWhat You Bring4–8 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, Technical Implementation, Sales Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical roleExperience deploying SaaS platforms, APIs, or cloud-based software solutions in customer environmentsStrong understanding of API integrations, data workflows, and technical troubleshootingAbility to communicate complex technical concepts to both engineering teams and operational usersExperience supporting government, defense, or mission-critical technology programs is strongly preferredFamiliarity with Palantir Foundry, Gotham, AIP, or comparable operational platforms is a plusComfortable working independently in dynamic, fast-paced customer environments with extensive travel (50%+)Eligible to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance (active clearance is strongly preferred)Military experience is not required, but confidence working with defense organizations and operational teams is essentialThis position requires access to technology that is controlled under U.S. export control laws and regulations.
