Navy Training Analyst - (NTSP Support) - Washington, D.C.

ResponsibilitiesWork independently and function as a team player, attending meetings and briefings on the Program Manager's behalf.Develop briefs and recommendations for government senior‑level staff and lead or participate in working groups, program development forums, analytical activities, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), and other required forums.Provide manpower and training support to new construction and modernization programs, managing workload and status of all related products.Serve as subject‑matter expert on Navy Training System Plans (NTSPs), manpower analysis, shipboard system ship change/alteration training requirements, and certification review.Research, analyze, write, and develop NTSP and Front‑End Analysis (FEA) technical training documentation in accordance with OPNAV, Navy Education Training Command (NETC) instructions and PAE Maritime PMS339 direction.Research NTSPs and related naval websites, resolve manpower, personnel, and training issues with points of contact, and document accurate training solutions for shipboard system alterations and changes.Create, draft, and review action‑item trackers and Manpower Personnel Training (MPT) product status reports.Interface with afloat/ashore activities, program offices, Learning/Warfare Centers, Resource Sponsors, shipbuilders, Ship Force crews, maintenance centers, SMEs, and developers to brief status and roadmap for assigned NTSPs and FEAs.QualificationsAbility to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.Associate's degree (or equivalent experience).Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, or appropriate work experience may waive educational requirements in some cases.Basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Large Language Models (LLM).Excellent writing and presentation skills for briefing and documentation.Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Ability to translate and convey technical details to senior leadership.Forward‑thinking, highly motivated mindset.Proficiency in research and analytical thinking to solve training problems.Capability to develop an idea into a finished product.Ability to anticipate future training requirements.Proficiency in MS Office applications (Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.Desired Experience and SkillsExperience with MS Access database development.Knowledge of US Navy ship maintenance and modernization.Equal Opportunity Employment StatementSerco is an equal opportunity employer.
