Seeking an Assistant Superintendent to work in tandem with the General Superintendent lead on-site execution for multifamily, commercial, education, and office ground up and TI construction projects. You will be working on managing your own projects and really getting the hands on experience on what it's like to truly run a project from start to finish as a Superintendent. Client Details This Indianapolis-based developer/general contractor is recognized as a top-performing firm with a strong reputation across multiple market sectors. The organization operates with a tight-knit team of roughly 20-30 professionals who function as a cohesive unit, emphasizing collaboration and shared accountability on every project. Rather than working in silos, team members consistently support one another, creating a unified approach that drives efficiency and quality.
