You'll take ownership of projects from groundbreaking through completion, leading field operations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring schedules and quality expectations are consistently achieved. Client Details This is a growing business services company with a focus on construction projects. They have a collaborative culture where field and office teams work together, giving Superintendents the support they need to be successful. Description Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and budgets are met. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure smooth workflow. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications. Resolve any on-site issues or delays efficiently and effectively. Communicate project updates and progress with stakeholders and upper management. Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, reports, and logs. Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams, fostering a collaborative work environment. Profile Superintendent experience with a General Contractor with a background in any of the following projects - Civic, Cultural, Office, Entertainment, Gaming, Healthcare, Higher Education, Hospitality, Industrial, K-12, Manufacturing, Mission Critical, Renewables, Residential, Retail, Science & Technology, Senior Living Strong understanding of scheduling, safety, and quality control. Ability to lead multiple trades and maintain project momentum. Excellent communication and leadership skills. OSHA certification preferred.
