PRINCIPAL RF/MICROWAVE ENGINEER – Paterson, NJ. Dvelop trnsformer-free RF stage architctures; cnduct rsearch, mdeling, vlidation & dsign high dnamic range/low noise diffrntial mixers; design RF/mcrowave compnents, crcuits, systms & PCBs. Reqs.: M/h M.S. in Electrical Eng’g or Electronics Eng’g + 2 yrs. exp. in dsign & dvelpment of RF/micrwave prducts. M/h exp. w/: RF/micrwave compnent, circuit, systm & PCB dsign using ADS, HFSS &/or CST Studio; ultrawideband RF circuit dsign using Keysight ADS, Ansys HFSS & 3D EM simulation tools; RF/MMIC dsign (LNA, PA) using GaAs, GaN & SiGe HBT technologies; RF measrments using spectrm/noise analyzers & rlated tst equip.; PCB layout & fxture dsign for hgh-frequency applications; simlation tools incl. ADS, HFSS, Ansys EM Suite, Serenade & Sonnet; intrpretation of tech. drwings, docments & instrctions. 40 hrs./wk., 9am–5pm. M/h lgal auth. to wrk in US. Slary: $127,170–$128K/yr.
