Description Oversee all construction activities and manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects. Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to OSHA regulations and ensuring that all workers follow safety protocols. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management on project timelines, budget, and quality control. Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and government officials. Manage project budget and expenses, including reviewing and approving invoices and change orders. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and requirements. Profile Minimum 2 years of experience as a Superintendent in the building and construction industry. Strong communication skills, with the ability to work within a team. Solid understanding of construction techniques, methods, and best practices. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents. Strong organizational and project management skills.
