Client Details This company is a respected construction firm with a strong national footprint, recognized for its excellence in industrial and commercial building solutions. They prioritize operational integrity, safety, and long-term relationships, supported by a culture built on teamwork, accountability, and doing meaningful work. Description Oversee all field activities on PEMB projects, including scheduling, manpower management, subcontractor coordination, and daily reporting. Ensure compliance with site safety programs, OSHA standards, and company safety policies. Lead PEMB erection sequencing, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high-quality installation practices. Work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to resolve challenges and keep projects on track. Conduct site walkthroughs, manage inspections, and maintain accurate documentation throughout construction Profile 5-15 years of construction field experience with at least 3 years directly managing or erecting PEMB structures. Strong understanding of PEMB systems, steel erection, sequencing, and field coordination. Proven ability to lead crews, manage schedules, and enforce safety standards. Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to make informed decisions quickly. Willingness to travel extensively and adapt to changing project locations.
