Description Construction Superintendent will be responsible for the following: Oversee all aspects of on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and safety standards. Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to coordinate workflow and resolve issues promptly. Implement and enforce quality control measures to guarantee superior craftsmanship. Foster a culture of safety, promoting best practices and ensuring compliance with regulations. Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials, and costs. Profile Construction Superintendent must have the following: Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent in multifamily construction, commercial construction is a plus. Must have good tenure, no more than 3 companies in the past 10 years. Must be coming from a General Contractor that does ground up Multifamily projects. In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, regulations, and safety standards. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams to success. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
