We're seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee all on-site operations for ground-up multifamily construction projects from site mobilization through final turnover. Client Details Our client is a well-established commercial builder specializing exclusively in multifamily developments, including market-rate, affordable, mixed-use, and senior living communities. They have built a strong reputation for quality craftsmanship, collaborative project delivery, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, subcontractors, and employees. Description Manage all daily field operations on multifamily construction projects. Develop, maintain, and enforce project schedules in collaboration with the Project Manager. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to ensure efficient workflow. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with project plans, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. Conduct regular site inspections and proactively resolve field issues. Lead subcontractor meetings, safety meetings, and daily planning sessions. Monitor project milestones and maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation. Coordinate inspections, punch list completion, certificate of occupancy requirements, and project turnover. Promote a culture of safety while ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and company policies. Build positive working relationships with owners, consultants, inspectors, and project stakeholders. Profile 5+ years of Superintendent experience managing ground-up multifamily construction projects. Experience overseeing projects such as apartment communities, mixed-use developments, student housing, affordable housing, or senior living facilities. Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, quality control, and subcontractor management. Thorough understanding of building codes, OSHA regulations, and multifamily construction best practices. Proven ability to lead field teams while maintaining schedule and budget objectives. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and construction scheduling software is preferred.
