Located in the greater Portland area, we cover the entirety of the state with both commercial and public projects. We are seeking a Superintendent for the greater Augusta region as we have a heavy pipeline of work for the foreseeable future in the area. Description The Superintendent will be responsible for Manage on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain workflow efficiency. Monitor compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Review project plans and specifications to ensure proper execution of tasks. Resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly to keep the project on track. Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings with stakeholders. Maintain accurate project documentation and reports. Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns and provide updates.
