Job Summary / BriefRiver Bend Agricultural Services LLC, a division of the Novus Ag network, is seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Retail Fleet Dispatch Assistant to support our expanding logistics network. This position is open to qualified candidates nationwide, and full relocation assistance will be provided to the local facility area if required. Operating on a hybrid schedule, you will monitor, log, and coordinate real-time field operations to ensure our specialized equipment fleet and application operators run safely and efficiently. You will build strong relationships by acting as a primary communications bridge between field crews, supply depots, and retail hubs to prevent delivery delays during critical seasonal windows.Core ResponsibilitiesAsset Tracking: Monitor and log daily service hours, active acre counts, and driving times for field machine operators using GPS and telematics platforms.Data Reconciliation: Audit and reconcile electronic driver logs against engine runtime data, GPS metrics, and dispatch work orders to maintain strict record accuracy.Communications Hub: Handle high-volume incoming field reports, route delivery updates, and relay schedule changes to equipment operators and agricultural retailers.Troubleshooting: Identify and escalate transport delays, mechanical issues, or scheduling conflicts quickly to regional logistics managers.Operational Syncing: Coordinate closely with facility management and warehouse personnel to guarantee cohesive office support and strict documentation compliance.Applicant RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent certificate required; Associate degree or coursework in logistics or business administration is preferred.Proven track record in dispatch, logistics coordination, fleet routing, or a high-volume data-entry role.Strong computer skills with cloud file sharing, team communication tools, and proprietary fleet telematics/GPS software.Willingness to relocate to the physical facility hub environment, utilizing company-provided relocation assistance.Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly wage of $20.50 - $28.00 per hour paired with a comprehensive nationwide relocation assistance package.Company-provided workplace computer, software access, and modern office tools.Comprehensive healthcare options, matching 401(k) program, and paid time off (PTO).#J-18808-Ljbffr
