Position Responsibilities
As an Overnight Security Officer, you will:
- Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests, staff, vendors, and visitors.
- Conduct continuous foot patrols to maintain a visible security presence.
- Monitor hotel property to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, and security concerns.
- Complete accurate incident reports using the TrackTik reporting system.
- Communicate effectively with management, hotel staff, and guests.
- Follow all client site procedures and company security protocols.
- Perform both standing and roving patrol duties throughout the shift.
Applicants must have:
- A valid Tennessee Security Guard License.
- Proof of completion of Dallas Law Training.
- Authorization to work in the United States with valid identification.
- The ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the entire shift.
- Strong observation, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Previous experience using the TrackTik reporting system.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Professional in appearance and communication.
- Comfortable working independently during overnight shifts.
- Calm and confident when responding to emergencies.
- Dedicated to safety, professionalism, and excellent customer service.
- Availability to work overnight shifts (10:30 PM - 6:30 AM).
- Must be available to work weekends and weeknights.
- Must be able to work the full scheduled shift.
