Serving as the primary technical point of contact for customers on the Game Warden platform, the full-time Enterprise Customer Operations Engineer will troubleshoot complex issues, manage support requests, and ensure the operational health of customer environments in a remote setting.Key responsibilities:Manage support requests and troubleshoot incidents across complex cloud-native environmentsInvestigate and resolve technical issues related to Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and application deploymentsMonitor customer environments to proactively identify and mitigate operational risksRequired qualifications:3-5+ years of experience in technical support engineering or a related technical disciplineSolid experience deploying and operating cloud-native applications on KubernetesHands-on experience with major cloud providers (AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, or GCP)Familiarity with secure software delivery practices in regulated environments (e.g., FedRAMP High)Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship required
