To enhance customer experience through data-driven insights, the fully remote Process Intelligence Consultant will develop and manage business relationships, lead analytical projects, and implement process improvements across various business areas.Key responsibilities:Identifies and manages enterprise-wide product and process improvement opportunities to enhance customer experience and reduce expensesDevelops and delivers operational dashboards and analyses using process intelligence tools like CelonisFacilitates process efficiency and optimization by incorporating Industrial Engineering practices and collaborating closely with stakeholdersRequired qualifications:3 or more years of related experience in process improvement or analyticsExperience with process mining tools such as Celonis or similarBasic knowledge of SQL and experience with operational dashboard tools like Power BI or TableauFamiliarity with process mapping tools such as Visio or Blue Works LiveProficiency in MS Office Suite and strong organizational skills
