Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Lead Appian Developer will design and implement new features using the Appian low-code platform, collaborate with Agile teams, and mentor junior developers while ensuring customer success through innovative solutions.Key responsibilitiesEnvision, design, and implement new features based on the prioritized product backlog using the Appian platformParticipate in Agile meetings, including User Story grooming, Sprint Planning, and retrospectives, while providing estimates for upcoming sprintsConduct unit testing of developed features and peer reviews of code to ensure quality and functionality meet end-user needsRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree or other IT-related degreeU.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a US Government's Public Trust security clearanceAt least 4 years of experience in designing and implementing digital solutions using AppianStrong development and debugging skills in Appian, with experience in recent versions (18.x or later)Good understanding of data concepts (SQL, Databases) and business workflows
