Responsible for the creation of images, photos, video, and artwork based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts. Ability to determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy and select style and size of type. Use computer software / design tools to generate new images and maintain archive of images, photos, videos, or previous work products. Effectively manage client relationships and joint project teams including other consultants, contractors, SMEs, and client team members. Engage and communicate with clients at all levels of the organization during the delivery process to earn their confidence and trust. Responsible to attend and participate in daily team meetings, execute assigned workload, and work within project management tools and design tools Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or 5-10 years’ experience is required. Level of Experience Requirements: Five (5) years of Business Analyst experience or IT Architecture experience Five (5) years of Business Process design experience Must have or be able to attain a NAC or SECRET security clearance, requires U.S. citizenship. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics Demonstrated competence with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Publisher and SharePoint. Demonstrated competence with Adobe Creative Suite applications, including Acrobat Pro and Photoshop Graphic. Competence in creating presentations and illustrating documents. Highly organized, attention to detail, results oriented. Exceptional, verbal, written and presentation skills. Strong editing skills. Team player with abilities and desire to interact with people at all levels. Ability to develop, prioritize and accomplish goals. Preferred N/A Supervisory Responsibilities This position will not have supervisory responsibilities. DOT Covered/Safety-Sensitive Role Requirements This position is not subject to federal requirements regarding Department of Transportation “safety-sensitive” functions.
