Job Overview: Pay Range $16.65hr - $21.65hr Requirement/Must Have: 1+ years of experience in a warehouse environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts with appropriate training and/or certification. Responsibilities: Understands material movement/inventory levels and completes timely processing of assigned tasks. Performs material movements both physically and systematically within a controlled environment where ESD controls may exist. Processes stock transfers, material requests and put-away. Loads and/or unloads trucks as required. May assist and train associates with on-the-job training. Understands and uses the ERP system for material management activity. Utilizes root cause analysis to research material movement and resolve discrepancies. Performs cycle counting. Participates in continuous improvement initiatives which include warehouse material flow systems and procedures. Seeks efficiency in system and process gaps and elevates awareness to management. Maintains positive and cooperative communication and collaboration. Promotes a positive work environment. Participates in on-the-job training for warehouse and manufacturing processes, corporate policies, safety procedures, GMP, and ISO Standards as defined by the supervisor. Adheres to all environmental, health and safety SOP's, equipment, policies and procedures, including any department-specific requirements. Serves on safety, quality and other committees, if applicable. Complies with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes and task assignments. Skills: GMP. ISO Standards.
